Join us every Friday morning for a 45-minute walk around the suburb of North Adelaide.
“Rotary Fitness is as much about physical and mental health as it is about the health of Rotary and well-being of community.” – Chris Edwards
The social walk is followed by another 45 minutes enjoying a chat and a cuppa at a local cafe.
The club has been doing this activity since 2015, but now vary the walk on the last Friday of the month by walking in another suburb, notifying the local Rotary club (if there is one) and inviting them to join in.
You don’t need to be a Rotarian to join us. We are encouraging others to join us each Friday morning to enjoy a good, healthy social activity.
Other than the last Friday of the month, we meet outside the Caledonian Hotel, Barton Tce West, North Adelaide, every Friday at 7:45am, then about 8:30 we quench thirsts at Pellegrini’s Restaurant in O’Connell St, North Adelaide.
LAST FRIDAY OF THE MONTH
Friday February 28th we will meet at the UPSIDE Cafe on Prospect Rd (opposite the Palace Nova, 7:45am prompt start). We will return there after the walk for a cuppa.
Anyone is welcome to join us, you would be more than welcome.
